Carogre have incredibly rough scales that are capable of grating solid rock and damaging ship hulls if they collide against either. They typically hunt down large schools of small Pokémon, swallowing many of them whole per meal.

Carogre has appeared in mythology as the creator of the sea. Carogre attack ships in swarms, making them sink.
