Bulbasea fires a torrent of seeds at a high velocity from its mouth. Where these seeds land, various plants sprout if conditions are adequate.
By cleverly flicking the fins on its back side to side, it moves in any direction while facing forward. Bulbasea can be seen napping in bright sunlight.
