Belldum's metal shell encases the caustic juices it uses to digest bugs. It inhabits jungle caverns where it uses its powerful roots to anchor to the walls to rest.
When Belldum gather in a swarm, they move in perfect unison as if they were but one Pokémon. A Belldum's thin and flexible body lets it bend and sway to avoid any attack, however strong it may be.
