The head on Azuloon's tail is treated like a lifelong companion by its main head. If it ever deflates, then the main head cries uncontrollably until its Trainer reinflates the vestigial head by blowing through the nozzle-like appendage on its top.
When they're certain nobody's looking, Driflchoke takes the time to inflate their muscles to seem stronger than their rubbery bodies would imply. They often allow Pokémon and even Trainers of the opposite gender to inflate them to boost their egos.
