Scoliuna have two maroon horns that sting flying bird Pokémon that try to peck at their cocoon. The venom from a Scoliuna's stinger causes inflammation, which causes the faces of predators to puff up with swelling.
It remains virtually immobile while it clings to a tree. Highly aggressive, it uses the claws near its neck to dig into its opponents and poison them.
