Rayvoir rarely descends from its home in the ozone layer. Its rare documented appearances all involve stopping rampaging Dragon Pokémon from causing massive harm to human civilizations.
It apparently does not feel the pull of gravity because it supports itself with psychic power. A Pokémon that flies endlessly in the ozone layer.
