Poryshrew only come out of cyberspace if they find a very dusty system. They build nests out of dust next to a PC, draining data from it. They don't manage to stay in one place long, as the interference they cause often results in spring-cleaning.
When it curls up in a ball, it can make any attack bounce off harmlessly. It was created by humans using the power of science.
