Pidgetoise have a lengthy bathing process that includes both sand bathing and immersing their body in water. When they are not cleaning themselves, they chase after Bug-type Pokémon by flying over fallen logs and shooting bursts of water.
Due to its heavy build, Pidgetoise can fly only at low altitude and for just a few minutes at a time, preferring to move by swimming instead. It frequently battles others of its species for territorial dominance.
The waterspouts that protrude from its shell are highly accurate. This Pokémon flies around, patrolling its large territory.
