Quilava's fireproof fur comes in handy for Paralava, allowing it to use powerful fiery attacks without damaging the mushroom's host body. As its flames build up pressure inside of the mushroom, the mushroom can erupt in an explosion of spores.
It intimidates foes with intense gusts of flames and superheated air. Paralava are known to infest the roots of large trees en masse and drain nutrients.
