Nidomander lives in clearings with others of its kind, working together to find food. During storms, it huddles with its companions to keep warm and prevent the flame on its tail from going out.
The flame that burns at the tip of its tail is an indication of its emotions. Its highly toxic barbs are thought to have developed as protection for this small-bodied Pokémon.
