When a Minieon falls from the ozone layer down to the surface, it is often adopted by hospitals or care facilities. They like to gather the water it creates around its tail, as the water is free from any air pollution or allergens.
Minieon underwent a spontaneous mutation and grew fins and gills that allow them to live underwater. Originally making its home in the ozone layer, it hurtles to the ground when the shell enclosing its body grows too heavy.
