Should a Minieon ever lose its protective outer shell, the massive amount of electrons stored in its now-exposed inner core will immediately result in a lightning strike. Afterwards it will flee as the enemy either fainted or is left paralyzed.
Its cells generate weak power that is amplified by its fur's static electricity to drop thunderbolts. Originally making its home in the ozone layer, it hurtles to the ground when the shell enclosing its body grows too heavy.
