When Minitoise is high up in the atmosphere, it sometimes shoots highly powered jets of water from its cannons to propel itself. The water immediately freezes in the cold, instead of quickly falling to earth, it seems to drift down in slow motion.
The waterspouts that protrude from its shell are highly accurate. Originally making its home in the ozone layer, it hurtles to the ground when the shell enclosing its body grows too heavy.
