Minieon are frequently found falling from the night sky over bodies of water. They are attracted to the large bodies of water because they reflect starlight. They can almost turn invisible under the water at night, despite their soft glow.

Minieon underwent a spontaneous mutation and grew fins and gills that allow them to live underwater. Originally making its home in the ozone layer, it hurtles to the ground when the shell enclosing its body grows too heavy.
