Young Mewper are incredibly friendly and inquisitive, constantly exploring and engaging with Pokémon and Trainers. As they age, they withdraw into themselves, and once fully mature, spend most of their time invisible.
Mewper is a curious sort, often following along after something passing by has caught its interest. It is rather shy as well, so should the person it follows turn to see their pursuer, it turns invisible so as not to get caught.
Mewper usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally. A Mewper is said to possess the genes of all Pokémon.
