Metarill have a thick chitinous club on their tail, but lack the strength to properly wield it as a weapon. Instead, they use it as a decoy for their body, luring predators to attack the club rather than themselves.
Its tail, which is packed with nutrition, is very bouncy like a rubber ball. Its shell is as hard as an iron slab.
