Thought to be extremely rare in the wild, Magmordra has only been found near the hot waters of a seaside volcano. Its tail can be used for both battle and propulsion; able to launch fire, gas, and smog, Magmordra protects the tail while it sleeps.
It sleeps quietly, deep on the seafloor. It blasts fireballs of over 3,600 degrees F from the ends of its arms.
