Their magmatic bodies inhabit shells of volcanic rock that resemble the discarded shell of certain Bug-type Pokémon. It is not entirely known how they float, but most assume they exude such raw heat that it keeps them in the air.
A peculiar Pokémon that floats in air even though its wings remain completely still. The shell on its back is made of hardened magma.
