Magsey tend to be found most often in areas with lower oxygen levels as long as other Pokémon are also found in there. They sustain themselves on minerals and emotional energy. In cold areas, they willingly act like a space heather for others.

If it senses sadness with its fluffy fur, a Magsey will rush over to the sad person, however far away, to share an egg of happiness that brings a smile to any face. If a Magsey is spouting yellow flames from its mouth, it is in good health.
