While Luchu is widely sought after by collectors of cute Pokémon for its appearance, it tends to have a cranky disposition and may purposefully disobey its Trainer if not properly appreciated.
It stores electricity in the electric sacs on its cheeks. It requires a lot of effort to maintain Luchu's vivid coloring, but some collectors enjoy this work and treat it as their hobby.
