Luper are very rare, but when its call is heard, bird Pokémon from all around flock to it, temporarily ceasing hostilities between each other. The purpose of these meetings is unknown, though Luper can be seen playing with others during them.

Luper usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally. Luper is so powerful even a light fluttering of its wings can blow apart houses.
