Luxen form their staves from taking Clampearl's pearl and transforming it with their power. They use their psychic abilities to calm the seas and rescue anyone that has been attacked by vicious Pokémon and pirates.
When the twig is plucked from its tail, friction sets the twig alight. Luxen is so powerful even a light fluttering of its wings can blow apart houses.
