Loper sheds the fur covering its ears twice a year to prevent it overheating. This makes it very self-conscious, and it sprays a mildly poisonous substance at anyone that it thinks is making fun of it.
Loper usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally. An extremely cautious Pokémon.
