Litchou hunts by wrapping its antennae around prey and absorbing their life-force. Its flames strangely do not give off heat and cannot be extinguished, even when submerged in water.
When it senses danger, it discharges positive and negative electricity from its two antennae. While shining a light and pretending to be a guide, it leeches off the life force of any who follow it.
