Kyutik latches its tiny body onto others to drain static electricity via biting them. Its bites and the draining process cause a person to suddenly feel a chilling sensation wash over their whole body.

They attach themselves to large-bodied Pokémon and absorb static electricity, which they store in an electric pouch. It generates a powerful, freezing energy inside itself, but its body became frozen when the energy leaked out.
