Kadaduo's two heads are connected to its body via a psychic link, allowing them to float around independently. This allows Kadaduo to more easily avoid attacks from others and respond with a combination of kicks and telekinesis.

Even while eating or sleeping, one of the heads remains always vigilant for any sign of danger. It is rumored that a boy with psychic abilities suddenly transformed into Kadaduo while he was assisting research into extrasensory powers.
