Jolno weaves strands of electrified silk into a glowing, sparking pendulum. This pendulum is useful for both lulling foes into hypnosis and delivering paralyzing shocks to those who don't fall into trances easily.

The arcing movement and glitter of the pendulum in a Jolno's hand lull the foe into deep hypnosis. They attach themselves to large-bodied Pokémon and absorb static electricity, which they store in an electric pouch.
