Joloon can be found during thunderstorms, using its charged hairs to draw in lightning strikes. Do not try to grab its arms or it will shock you without warning.
Joloon rubs against people and other Pokémon to generate static electricity. If someone it dislikes tries to grab its strings, it expels all the static at once to give them a large shock.
A Pokémon formed by the spirits of people and Pokémon. They attach themselves to large-bodied Pokémon and absorb static electricity, which they store in an electric pouch.
