Joltark have massive manes of bristly fur that stand on end during storms and during battle, crackling with static electricity. They wield the ability to create illusions to create false storms that often intimidate would-be enemies.
Each has the ability to fool a large group of people simultaneously. Its cells generate weak power that is amplified by its fur's static electricity to drop thunderbolts.
