Genvire often plug their tails into the generators of large hotels and cause paranormal events throughout the building. They do this until they are caught, or the building goes out of business.
Some suspect Genvire comes from another realm, and must use energy to sustain itself in our world. If it does not occasionally devour sources of electricity, Genvire begins to become translucent and fade from the naked eye with visible panic.
Genvire forcibly sticks their electric wires into victims. This forces them to enter into a comatose-like state, letting Genvire eat their dreams.
It pushes the tips of its two tails against the foe, then lets loose with over 20,000 volts of power. Deep in the night, your shadow cast by a streetlight may suddenly overtake you.
