The Poké Ball-like growths at the ends of some of its vines generate and store the electricity that flows throughout every other vine of its body. It knows well how to use these growths to trick Pokémon in order to electrocute or scare them.
Its vines snap off easily and painlessly if they are grabbed, allowing it to make a quick getaway. They appear in great numbers at electric power plants.
