The metallic object that Duothorn holds can be swung around like a flail. This can come at a cost, however, as if the object is swung too hard, it will separate from the main body, and cause the fused Pokémon to split.
They attach themselves to cave ceilings, firing steel spikes at targets passing beneath them. When their brains, now divided in two, are thinking the same thoughts, these Pokémon exhibit their maximum power.
