The leaf-like tuft above its heads is actually made of long feathers. When it puts its heads together, it can communicate with other Pokémon using telepathy.
Originally from the tropics, Dotor's heads grow larger from exposure to strong sunlight. Even while eating or sleeping, one of the heads remains always vigilant for any sign of danger.
