Delisol arrive at places that have recently experienced natural disasters to give out gifts of warm clothes. The warm clothes often have a misprint on them, but that is a minor inconvenience compared to the lifesaving utility of the clothes.
On dire winter nights, a Delisol may appear right before a miracle happens. Believing Delisol to be a savior, people will shower them with gifts, but Delisol gives all their gifts to less fortunate and unfairly treated Pokémon like Absol instead.
