Chesopod takes advantage of aggressive opponents by letting them attack its diamond-hard body while it takes a defensive posture. Once the foe has tired itself out, Chesopod finishes them off with a powerful tackle without having taken any damage.

It battles skillfully with its six arms, but spends most of its time peacefully meditating in caves deep beneath the sea. Its Tackle is forceful enough to flip a 50-ton tank.
