Aquariums use Blisper as an indicator of the mood of the other fish. If they are hyperactive, the tank is healthy, if they barely move, it needs attention. Children like to watch them dart around, blowing bubbles at the other members of the tank.
Blisper usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally. If it senses sadness with its fluffy fur, a Blisper will rush over to the sad person, however far away, to share an egg of happiness that brings a smile to any face.
