Called the Hospitaller of the Sea, Bliseon patrol the oceans for injured Pokémon and people, keeping them afloat while healing them. If attacked, it liquefies the portion of its body that would be injured, causing it to appear impervious to pain.
POKENAME underwent a spontaneous mutation and grew fins and gills that allow them to live underwater. If it senses sadness with its fluffy fur, a POKENAME will rush over to the sad person, however far away, to share an egg of happiness that brings a smile to any face.
