Blisrill hangs around nesting grounds, using its egg-shaped tail as a lure to distract egg-hunting predators. Once the predator draws close to what it thinks is a meal, Blisrill swings its tail hard and sends them flying.

It lives in water virtually all day long. If it senses sadness with its fluffy fur, a Blisrill will rush over to the sad person, however far away, to share an egg of happiness that brings a smile to any face.
