Artiper sleeps in ponds in wetlands. Whilst asleep, it slowly freezes the surrounding water. Upon waking, it stretches, shattering the ice and sending it flying in every direction, with passersby often mistaking it for hail.
Artiper usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally. Artiper is a legendary bird Pokémon that can control ice.
