Belursa are artificial Pokémon that were created with the hopes that they could be used to safely study the behaviours of more dangerous wild Pokémon. They have a strong desire to be loved and use discarded fabrics to try and look like real Pokémon.
It licks its palms that are sweetened by being soaked in honey. When Belursa gather in a swarm, they move in perfect unison as if they were but one Pokémon.
