Pidkern's way of hunting for prey is different based on their nature. While some Pidkern rely on the wind to float towards and catch prey as it passes, some will instead bury themselves in the dirt and eat whatever is living inside it.

Pidkern try to minimize movement to conserve the nutrients they have stored in their bodies for evolution. It has an extremely sharp sense of direction.
